Dr. Neelam Awan serves as a Research Associate for Teacher Education Assessment and as the Licensure Officer in the Department of Education at Wake Forest University. In this role, Dr. Awan collaborates closely with the Director of Assessment to support program accreditation and assess teacher candidates. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from High Point University and has prior experience as both a middle school and high school teacher. Her research focuses on the development of effective program evaluations, leadership development, and leadership programs for youth.
