Becca Chase

Becca Chase is a Career Coach in the Office of Personal and Career Development and an Adjunct Lecturer for College to Career courses. A “Double Deac” with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Liberal Studies from Wake Forest University, she brings a deep background in both industry and higher education to her work. Becca previously served as a Career Coach in the Wake Forest School of Business, guiding students toward careers in accounting and finance. Her professional perspective is shaped by a diverse career spanning public accounting, healthcare finance, private equity, and executive leadership in the nonprofit sector. Leveraging her top CliftonStrength of Individualization, she focuses on each student’s unique story, helping them align their strengths and values with a purposeful career path. A Winston-Salem resident for over 25 years, she is dedicated to fostering student growth through self-reflection and professional discovery.
