Cheryl Frazier

Cheryl Frazier is a retired principal and educational leader with nearly four decades of service in public education. Throughout her career, she served Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and Englewood Public Schools in New Jersey as a teacher, instructional leader, assistant principal, and principal. She is committed to developing educators, fostering collaborative school cultures, and leading schools toward academic and social-emotional excellence. Beyond education, Dr. Frazier is a speaker, mentor, and leadership coach who is passionate about equipping others to flourish in every season of life. Through her writing and speaking, she encourages educators, leaders, and lifelong learners to embrace purposeful living, cultivate resilience, and lead with wisdom, courage, and intentionality. Her desire is to inspire others to make a lasting impact in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
