Dr. Alex Tabori is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Wake Forest University. He currently serves as the Director of Psychological Services with Guilford County Schools where he also leads the district’s crisis response teams. Dr. Tabori is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and licensed by the North Carolina Psychology Board. A tireless advocate for children and the field of School Psychology, he recently served as President of the North Carolina School Psychology Association (NCSPA) and currently is serving as chair of the NCSPA Leadership Advisory Council and co-chair of the Innovations in Practicum and Internship subgroup of the NASP Graduate Education Committee. He has presented numerous times at local and national conferences on a variety of topics including school based mental health, bullying, suicide and threat assessment, consultation, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports.
